Sir agar mai PSW se Skilled worker visa k liye apply karna chahti hu aur maine divorce apply nahi kiya hai toh kya skilled worker visa mere spouse ko b milega if I am not applying him as my dependent on skilled worker visa?? and will he still be my dependent as we are not divorced yet in UK. Ya phir mujhe pehle divorce lena hoga then skilled worker visa apply krna hoga mere liye kyuki i dont want to keep him as my dependent anymore.
