Any luck since then? If you see the EC2 instance running in your console, you should be able to navigate to the setup page by entering the public ip address and port number (5015) like this 132.14.54.76:5015 If that isn't working, I would check the security group settings do see if nothing is being blocked. You can also just accept all the defaults without setting up the server in the EC2 console, but you will then have to pay for the t3.small or whatever 3CX recommended as the default. Good luck--you can get it if you just keep going. 3CX have made setting up this server a million times more first-timer friendly than when I first set it up with IAM users with programmatic privileges and security groups and rules. You go this. Let me know how it goes can you ping the public IP?
