The company portal app status is still on “waiting for installation” for so many days on a compliant device. Do u know anything?

If you assign it to "Devices" Install it as system not user.

I will assume you are using windows 10. Make sure you are using a pro or Enterprise edition. If you do not then your machine will not be fully integrated with your MDM/AAD.

if you're going to post how to do something at least learn it yourself first man. You are installing and assigning it to a group of "Devices" with User Install Behavior. This will not install in Autopilot.
