it's showing , persmission denied, can't read from input file even though I did sudo chmod -R 755 filename for read access

Make sure to add program files/postgresql/13/bin to path and then you can use the psql command

Even though the tables are there the \dt command just show "Did not find any relations." If i try to recreate the tables with "heroku pg:psql..." the reply is "heroku pg:psql" !!!
