Deploying an Operating System using Lifecycle Controller - Manual Install method

I am trying to install Server 2019 using the above method (USB) on a power edge r230 but receiving message "The selected media doesn't match the standard media verification OS" at step 4. What can be done to resolve this prompt?

This requires an iDrac enterprise license from what I understand. Maybe that should be presented more clearly.
