Very helpful. Helped me understand Ant in about 15 minutes! QQ: Do you have to change your build.properties file in between retrieve and deploy? Can you migrate from one environment to another using a single command?

Yes you can by defining properties for source and target sandboxes in build.properties file and then update the build.xml deploy and verify target to use the property mapping name for target sandbox
