Hey guys I've been doing this for 2 years now and figured it out. You have to edit your registry to show in revit. If you need specifics let me know

If the database configuration doesn't show up in Revit, but does when you launch in Fabrication CADMEP, you need to set a GUID for the database. knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fabrication-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/Fabrication-UsersGuide/files/GUID-34876F70-4E1C-4C45-9032-07D9D9B0DDC9-htm.html
