i listened to your story and its a sad one I used to think that USA was heaven on earth but every coin has 2 sides .I thank God for kikuyu diaspora TV coz its educating people on life experiences of Kenyans living there. before thinking, planning to relocate its important to have knowledge ,coz most people think America is like Kenya. the Bible says that Gods people perish coz of lack of knowledge

Not all experience... i came here and people have been good.. Even police... I remember my 1st time on road i drove the wrong way... police stopped me , they asked i told them i realized when I saw cars coming my way... they asked me why i told them its my 1st on road here and i confused how i drove in Kenya. The guy asked where am going i told ... he literally told me to just follow the police car while driving my car they took me to the address i gave them and asked if am ok and i was real grateful.. am here 7 years and i cant say people have been bad

Woii pole sana brother for the predicament that has befallen you !your story is hard to listen But there are many lessons to learn I want Mr kiama to know that 1.sometimes bad things can happen to perfectly good people 2.Also we cannot ignore the tactics of the enemy! If we all belief in the True God of the bible,we Know that enemy comes to kill steal and destroy! John10:10. The enemy may use all sorts of nonsense like confusion, sicknesses and such to stop the children of God from reaching their destination. The enemy is also a spirit/ an evil spirit. 3.God wants The best for his children while The devil goes after The best!!! The harder he hits The more you know there's something great ahead! The scriptures tell us to pray in our HEART all the time with all sorts of prayers so that When the enemy speed up his attack we will be ready to speed our prayer and fasting !

Am so sorry for what you went through bro,am happy you are now safe and in the hands of your family. A few points to note:1.how can you not know the address of your school, even the tel?2.Always ask for official school business card and keep in your wallet.Did you not know anyone from school? 3.most usa phone bills are paid monthly, what credit are you talking about?4.first thing one has to do when you land in America is to seek contact with local kenyan community ,church is the first stop, make your presence known.5.Did you do research about the nature of student visa before coming to states?,eg,limited work hours, double tuition fees, maintaining high GPA, high cost of living.6,Why would you walk around without proper identification, even a copy of your student visa, also did you know that as a student you are entitled to get a state driving licence which is also used as Id?One positive thing is that you did not turn to the whisky bottle ,like many do!
