सर मैं आपके चैनल पर नया हूँ, मेरा एक सवाल है की जब सम्पत्ति प्रचलन से बाहर हो जाती है,तो उसका उपयोग कम हो जाता है क्योंकि उसकी जगह नयी सम्पत्ति आ जाती है,लेकिन किताब मे लिखा है की ये हानी समान्य ह्रास से भिन्न आकस्मिक ह्रास है इसलिये इसे पूंजीगत प्रकृति की हानि माना जाना चाहिये तथा अप्रचलन वाले वर्ष या आने वाले कुछ वर्षो के लाभ मे से अपलिखित किया जाना चाहिये। अगर इस प्रकार की आकस्मिक हानियों के लिये व्यापर मे कोई पूर्वायोजन(provision)किया गया हो तो इस हानि को उसमे सस पूरा किया जा सकता है। व्यवहारिक जीवन मे प्राय:अप्रचलन के कारण हटाई गई सम्पत्तियों के पुस्तक मूल्य के आधार पर आकलित हानि को आगम मानने की परम्परा है ([{सर इसे तो जरुर समझाना 3 दिन से इसी को समझ रहा हू समझ ही नही आ रहा है)]} दुसरा ये की सम्पत्तियों का बाजार भाव गिर जाने से उसकी पुनर्स्थापन लागत कम हो जाती है ((((((ये पुनर्स्थापन लागत कैसे कम हो जाती है या तो सीधे ही कह देते की लागत कम हो जाती है))))
