Soldier Field is a war memorial. It's way older than 1924. It was around before the 1893 Worlds Fair. The Bears most likely will move out. The horrible modern part might get torn down, but Soldier Field will remain.

49ers fans wouldn’t be complaining about the hot sun if the stadium was actually in San Francisco. Yes, even though Santa Clara is around thirty miles from San Francisco, the two cities have different climates.
@saints093
I wish the Chargers would leave SoFi Stadium & move back to San Diego and maybe the city of San Diego would help to build a new football stadium to bring the Chargers back to San Diego, I’d LOVE to see the Chargers back where they REALLY BELONG, that is in SAN DIEGO!!!!!!
@THEDonnyB
Lambeau will never die. It will stand long after the NFL goes defunct.
@sirquacksly
That dome ain’t going nowhere. Yea, it doesn’t have natural light, but who really cares. It’s unique. It’s gonna be a long long time before that dome gets demolished.
@MoneyC225
Superdome is a bonafide legendary stadium & historical landmark; it ain't goin' nowhere.
@MikeJCole
The Superdome is not going anywhere. All the locals love it. They have already started planning for additional renovations to start in 2026-2028.
@byff2323
Bucs leaving TB? That’s a bold statement Cotton! Let’s see how it goes.
@sputnikalgrim
Green Bay fans will declare war if Lambeau ever gets challenged
@katemoo9581
I think the Buccaneers will probably try to build a new stadium in Tampa in the early 2030s before considering relocation
@robertselph4722
I wonder if the old Soldier Field façade with the columns could be saved if the rest of the structure is demolished. Just could be a cool feature of park space.
@guyfaux3978
Soldier Field can be "cut down to size" for Chicago Fire FC. I doubt it gets completely torn down.
@ChiefsFanInSC
It's amazing that Arrowhead Stadium, completed in 1972, is VASTLY superior to many stadiums built in the 90's and 2000's.

So the issue with Levi's isn't zoning laws, there is a height restriction due to its proximity to the airport and flight paths. Apparently the stadium is already right up against that limit and anything higher would be considered a safety risk by the FAA.

the fact that MetLife gets the world cup final in 2026 is unreal, I dont think they thought this through

way back when the Chiefs and Royals first built their stsdiums the plan was to have a retrectable roof to be shared by both stadiums but was deemed to be toi expensive
