NFL BEST BET #10: I am betting the Broncos -2.5 points against the Raiders. This pick all starts with the Davante Adams distraction. There are many reports claiming he has requested to be traded. He is unlikely to play with a hamstring injury, whether this injury is fake or not. Vegas also played without its top defensive player last week, defensive end Maxx Crosby. Based on the latest news, he appears to be trending in the wrong direction. It feels like he will miss a second straight game. From the defensive standpoint, the Broncos are A LOT better than the Raiders. And the gap is even bigger with Crosby on the sidelines. Vegas has a more potent offense, but it’s not that great either, especially without Adams. With the Broncos at home, a 3-point spread seems like good value to me. The betting public is scared of backing Bo Nix, but I feel like he has shown some progress. I am not even paying attention to last week’s game in heavy rain at Metlife Stadium. Those were tough conditions to play in against a stout Jets D. Let’s go back to Denver’s defense. During the course of the past three games, they have given up just 9, 7 and 13 points. Denver might fall short of that. They can beat KC and still miss. They have to go to places like Baltimore and Cincinnati. They will probably lose to NO or Atlanta. I think Sean will hate to lose to Atlanta more than his former team. The Colts game feels like an upset because the Colts tend to have their number. Then there's KC, LAC, LV x 2. I'd expect at least three losses. I see 9-8 or 8-9. That won't be enough.

I’m glad I stumbled across this video. I’m always looking forward to hearing people’s opinions. Just like most “recreational” bettors, of course I know my “home team” better than the rest of the league. So I kind of judge a new channel by what they say about the Bucs and that tells me how much the person knows. Or doesn’t know in your case. Bucs are THREE and ONE and DESTROYED the LIONS, REDSKINS and EAGLES. They had 1 let down after that Lions game. To a Broncos team that you have picked this week to win and go to 3-2. Bo Nix has not been horrible. He was very solid in Tampa and last week first half even Rodgers struggled in the heavy rain. When it let up, he made some key throws and lead the only TD drive of the game. Also he’s played 3 top 10 defenses and 2 were top 5. Considering they are 2-2, he’s not doing that bad imo.

I admit its hard to get a read on the Bucs, but the Broncos are better than we thought they were and I suspect that was a trap game and they slept on it without Vita Vea and half of their lineup healthy. They have beaten Washington decisively, throttled the Eagles, and beat the Lions in Detroit. Atlanta has talent, but no more than Tampa does. The teams hate each other, and I suspect Prime Time K. Cousins will rear his head tonight with both Vita Vea and Winfield, Jr. playing (IMO the best safety in football).Tampa squeaks by, but it is a typical war as it usually is when the Falcons, the Bucs or the Saints play each other (notice no Carolina yet)...and BTW, you could tell when the Bucs handled Washington in week 1 that Daniels was going to be something special, and every week he has impressed a little more and more.

I agree with you. Washington’s offense looks unstoppable right now. They scored 42 points last week in Arizona after racking up 38 in Cincinnati. Have you ever seen a rookie QB as impressive as Jayden Daniels before? Over his past three games, he has completed 70 of his 82 passes, which translates into an impressive 85% completion rate. Wow! Granted, the Commanders’ defense looks suspect. However, they played at a higher level last week by making life difficult for Kyler Murray and company. Is this a true sign of improvement? It will be interesting to find out. Running back Austin Ekeler may return to the lineup, which would give Daniels an extra weapon. Cleveland’s QB and offensive line are HUGE problems right now. Deshaun Watson is abysmal. He averages just 4.9 yards per passing attempt, which is dreadful. Meanwhile, the OL has three key guys listed as questionable. In Wednesday’s injury report, all three were unable to practice, which is a bad sign. They have given up a league-high 66 QB pressures, and that’s likely to continue as long as they are hit by the injury bug
