OMG. Exactly. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and absolutely HATE it when people say "oh chill out, I was anxious/depressed the other day too"

Like genuinely laugh, I love dark humor. Makes me feel complete and less alone. Knowing that there are others out there with an awesome sense of humor. 😂😂

Idk if you read these but I went to therapy for a while too, my therapist also helped me identify the problems going on and once I knew those, she showed me how to go about changing the way I viewed certain situations (in a more positive manner) and how to approach them.

I hate positive happy ppl who u tell the whole dark truth to, and they give some weak positive spin, and never acknowledge how fucked up your life story is or show empathy. They're avoiding reality.
