I have been feeling so up and down about uploading this video, but the thought that it might help someone or comfort someone, even if it is just one person, helped me to feel like it was okay to upload it. I don't want sympathy or pity, I just want to know that I might be able to help someone, somewhere.

Well done for doing this video. I feel depression is slowly becoming more heard off now and less hidden which is the way it should be. No one should be ashamed of it. It's an illness not a choice, I really hope this helps others so well done xxx

Thank you, I completely agree! I've always felt like that but for some reason I just never felt like I could talk about it! I'm glad it's out there now anyway! :)
