It was an exaggeration in this vid. However plz note depression can last for days or weeks. It's not really smth that happens once per day etc. In this case, I was approaching it as depressive episodes but I did not state it clearly in the video nor did I have enough context, so I'm very sorry🙏.

It was an error on my part cuz I was thinking of counting depressive episodes but others in the comments have corrected and enlightened me on the issue, so I made a part 2 giving detailed information on depression.

Okay good editing but this just doesn’t feel right. Look you can’t count depression like that. It’s not a one time thought instead it follows you constantly. You can’t count it like being depressed as 1 time or 4 times. I am struggling with depression- like seriously- and I do have phases where it is worse I can’t say I’ve been depressed 2 times. It’s always there - sometimes better and sometimes worse. I know that this is a video for entertainment only but still it bothers me that people- probably younger ones actually believe it and say they’ve been depressed that often already!
