ध्यान तो बहुत सरल है सर में अपने अनुभव से बताऊं तो ध्यान न करने वाले कठिन कार्य कर रहे होते हैं ध्यान करने वाले नही क्योंकि ध्यान में तो तर्क वितर्क अच्छा बुरा इन सब चीजों से मुक्ति मिल जाती है सोचना भी नही पड़ता 🥰🥰🥰☺️☺️

One of the best way to get rid of negative thoughts instantly. As sir has mentioned run for 1 km.... or if you are at home do jumping jacks...An intense workout of 2-3 minutes for 3 to 4 times when a negative thought strikes in your mind.... The science is rapid inhalation and exhalation of breath through nose...and the phenemenon is Breathwork..

Late se hi sahi lekin recommend kiya mere ko KZbin, kuch zyada hi pareshan hu mai, depression se mai kuch samajh nahi aa rha tha kya karu,aaj running pe gya tha 2 ghante ghar se bahar tha to thoda acha laga aur sham ko videos dekhte2 ye wala dikh gaya 3 4. Solution de diye sir bahut hi acha. Waise sir bahut hi sahi bol rhe hai running se bhut fayada hota hai, AGAR NIND NAHI AA RHI HO TO RUNNING PE JAO AUR BHAGO JAB TAK THAK NA JAO NIND AA JAYEGA( YA CHALO JAB TAK THAK NA JAO PHIR BHI NIND AA JAYEGA)

Agar depression nahi chahiye toh subha 4 bje uthao 10 min anulom vilom Karo 10 min meditation karna sikho phele phele dhyn ni lgega koi ni fr bhi krte rhna uske bad 10,000 step per day chalo running kro ya power walk .fr walk krne k bad nhane jao .daily brkfst mein Hari sabji Khao ek dhud ka glass piyo din ka khana time se Khao 12 bje tak .junk food fast food sb chord do raat ko 8 bje tak khana khalo aur 9 bje tak sojao. Aur hn no masturbation or no sex yh routine 21 din tak follow krna sara depression durr hojyega

I was in depression for 2 years. If you are in depression for a long time like me, then you should try to change your environment.....If you are in depression for a few weeks or months then whatever is mentioned by Sir is useful....And one more thing, no matter how long you have been in depression everyday after the bath you will feel fresh and energetic so at that time you should try to do some productive work or study....Let me know if this helps.
