The best treatment of depression is becoming paracosmic/ maladaptive daydreaming. A person in depression can imagine the scenarios they wanna be in, in order to escape reality for a while. It is better than taking anti depressants, or sleeping pills. ( coming from a person who suffered chronic depression). Also, if you keep imagining about people and design an entire fictious drama in ur head, u'll feel a lot better. trust me
