Have you watched the whole lecture of dep. ??? Is it helpful for Foundation or only for cpt !

@@s.s5257 Basic is helpful for Foundation too. Watch first few videos covering basic theory. The last few videos are of questions solving for CPT. They won't be that helpful in foundation.
