@@rollsizer5623 ​ Hi. The machine is now in storage because basically no cases are left to be decapped. It will be back on the bench as soon as a significant amount of cases can be processed. It was used for a total of 14 to 16 consecutive days so far, I would say around 2 to 3 hours a day. ​It has run 100,000 cases, all pistol calibers. If you please, do share this and the other 3 clips of your products. Take care.

I'm assuming it has to be setup for specific case rather than a random mixture, is it just a matter of adjusting for size or does it need case holders for each specific size? Just curious as my 100/month would be like a sneeze for this! I love seeing machine like this work like series showing machines and manufacturing.

Due to the case feeder, you will for sure have to take it caliber by caliber. When the cases leave the case feeder and enter the Decapper, no change is needed. All you do is just adjust the space of the feeding tube slightly longer of the specified case so that they move on. But, nothing needs to be changed in the decapper. It is one design fits all. This will run to lots of cases in no time. For few cases it is questionable. Still, looking at it in action is mesmerizing to some extent. Regards and take care.

How does it handle small flash hole brass?

Hi Keith. This is an excellent question. During the process of depriming, we had 9mm cases that have been produced with a smaller flash hole. These were made by S&B and Fiocchi. I would say that the ratio was around a case with small flash hole every 100 normal cases. We had no issue. The decaping pin just goes straight inn and actually resizes the flash hole to normal size. You would here a small difference in the sound the decapping pin dose but no issue at all. This is, at least what was observed from my side. Take care.
