He probably wasn't getting shot at after he was killed, on Polecat's screen he was laying down there in the corner, on Germaine's screen he probably was laying down in another spot, so Polecat was shooting nothing in Germaine's screen. Same goes for the other cops. Sometimes it's desync, their bodies stay on 20 different locations to players.
