The thing bab was talking about at around 23:40 is a thing in gta china town wars ...u have a few different ways to do it , one is unscrewing a cover , breaking some cables and reconnecting them , "hacking" in the vehicles security system , raming a screwdriver into the car ignition and turning it and reconecting the cables ....that and when u fall in water with a car u have to smash the back window or if u fall with a tank u have to open the hatch ...kinda cool ....but time consuming sometimes but u cant ignor the 4 four and jut drive off .....but the alarm goes off
