I think Jeff is the best cop and tends to be more realistic, polecat misses too much stuff and has really sloppy police procedure. Guy flies into the yellow jack, smashes a pole and he then tells the guy to get back IN to the car. Like...if he were armed, or had a weapon in the car, he could have pulled it and shot him. You don't have to have an individual in the car to conduct an investigation.

AWD, boosted I6...yeah that don't mean much in GTA and overall its pretty slow, but its not /that/ slow lol. Also loosely based on an Accord wagon too so...but the drivetrain is pure stagea/skyline.
