To Buggs: You are incorrect. Cars turning right or going straight on a green light always have the right of way. When a car is turning left on a green light, (not a green arrow), they always have to yield to people going straight and turning right.

Ben Ludwinski Actually, the light was red, which would mean the driver turning left had a green arrow, and most likely went while the arrow was yellow. It was his right of way until the light turned green, at which point the incident was already happening. I think what Buggs meant was people turning right on red, while people are making a left on a green arrow, in which case they definitely have right of way.

His light was green turning yellow, so the opposing vehicle could not have had a green arrow. Ben is correct. If both directions have a full green (or technically even full yellow), the vehicle turning right has the right-of-way.

Just a suggestion; Cops can escort a vip or prisoner and they give the criminals the route. You and the criminals can plan an ambush without the cops knowing. Anyway, great content. One of my favorite channels right now.

Technically for clarification the law states any vehicle crossing another vehicles path of traffic must yield there for the car making a right had the right of way so Polecat had the right of way entering the highway and the car that cut him off making the left was in the wrong.
