You should do a robbery (or robberies), with a dispatcher who, in exchange for a cut of the take, is giving you updates on where the police are and what they're doing, so you know what place or places you can hit, and how to escape. For example, they can alert you that no units are near a certain bank or 24/7, and during a pursuit they could tell you if they plan on putting spikes down and where they're at.
