महोदय, कृपया बताये कि यदि किसी डेपुटेशन पर रहते हुए,कर्मचारी की क्रमोन्ति वेतन मान / समयमान वेतनमान 12 वर्ष वाद जो मिलता है, बह सत्र मई 2018 मे मिलना था, परन्तु, उसकी विभागीय जांच DE सत्र 2014 मे शुरू करके, वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भूल गए, उस कर्मचारी ने वार वार आपने सभी सम्बंधित वरिष्ठ अधिकारियो से समय समय पर DE समाप्ति क़े लिए आवेदन भी किये, परन्तु सत्र 2020 कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई, फिर उस कर्मचारी ने CEO साहब से अंतिम बार पत्राचार निवेदन किया, तव जिला पंचायत CEO साहब ने, जुलाई 2020 मे, कोई भी नोटिस दिए बिना, उस कर्मचारी की 2 वेतन वृद्धि रोककर, DE समाप्त कर दीं, अब बताये की उस कर्मचारी को कब से किसी सत्र से TIME PAY स्केल / क्रमोन्नत वेतनमान मिलेगा,

यदि मध्यप्रदेश शासन के अधीन किसी अर्धशाशकीय संस्था को मध्य प्रदेश शासन द्वारा स्थापना अनुदान देना बंद कर दिया जाए, व कर्मचारियों को वेतन भत्तों की व्यवस्था हेतु उसी अशासकीय संस्था के शासकीय विभाग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर पदस्थ किया जाए तो ऐसी स्थिति में इन कर्मचारियों को समयमान वेतनमान कौन सा ऑफिस स्वीकृत करेगा, क्योंकि मूल अशासकीय संस्था को तो अनऑफिशियली बंद जैसा कर दिया गया हे

Advertisement mai regular/deputation/contractual likha hai magar post k aage nhi likha hai kon si post regular kon si deputation or kon si contractual hai , Authority ka kehna hai selection commitee apne hisab se kisi ko regular kar sakti hai kisi ko bhi contractual, kya aisa koi rule hai jisse aise advertisement ko chalange kiya ja sake .

Sir, I am in a confusion with the following: 1. During the tenure of deputation from the State Government to the Central Government, the employee is promoted to a higher post and his basic pay is fixed at Rs.52000 (DA 10%) in the parent department due to promotion and communicated the same to the borrowing department. The present basic pay in the borrowing department is Rs. 50500 (DA 50%) under Level: 8. 2. Now what will be basic pay in the borrowing department i.e. Central Government? (A) Rs.50500, as the total emolument (with DA of 50%) is higher than that of the State Government. So, no change in basic pay. OR (B) the revised basic pay in the Central Government will be Rs.52000 with DA of 50%. 3. Whether a State Government employee who is on deputation in the Central Government is eligible for the Leave Encashment Salary of 10 days along with Leave Travel Concession. With reference to Rule 2(1) of CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 allows State Government Employees, on deputation with the Central Government, to be eligible for the LTC with some conditions. Further, Rule 15 of CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 clarifies that the 5th Pay Commission has recommended that all the employees may be permitted to encash 10 days earned leave at the time of availing of LTC, subject to some condition. Does "...all the employees ..." include a State Government employee who is on deputation in the Central Government or the employee of the Central Government only.
