You can not be mad at people for feeling that way. Police have done ruthless things to people that has been productive members of society for years with no accountability. If the police chooses not change and continue with unlawful acts against law abiding citizens. America has never been innocent until proven guilty like they say it has been. But as you and I both know its guilty until proven innocent by a batch of bad apples called the DA, prosecutors, mayors, and senators that allow this to continue to happen. You can't look at everyone as criminals. You need to realize and so do the system that if they continue to treat everyone like criminals and want us or expect us to continue to follow laws then they need to abide by those same laws. No more lies, true transparency. The FBI can't even track police departments. Most departments only have two people that are authorized to see those records and may throw those records away if they wanted to. Until this day come, with all these matters addressed (plus a lot I missed) unfortunately these ambushes won't stop and I dont condone it but it was inevitable sad to say. Also, I agree with almost everything you said, if the government kept our police forces more in check then George Floyd and the many other civilians wrongly murdered by police would still be here. However what I’m saying is that this officer was murdered in cold blood, and it’s wrong that so many people are ok with that. I know that in these times the police force of the US represents oppression, racism, and brutality, but as I said earlier, only a small percentages America’s cops actually show those terrible qualities. We are furious with that cop for killing George Floyd in cold blood, but this cop who was murdered had friends and family, just like people miss Floyd, people now miss this officer. We definitely have a major problem with our police force when it comes to them doing basically whatever they want in the moment, but murdering police officers isn’t going to help that problem.
