Delta pag and the flex a lite 295 imo are the best fans on the market! They also draw less amps than derale

SPAL has a set of radiator brackets which eliminate the zip ties and mount your fans.

I running the darale fans on my Gbody and the problem I came across was the gear box.I had to tap it in but it’s a snug fix but they work way better that the eBay fan. Appreciate you for the info 🫡🫡💪🏾

Good info quick question so I just ordered the 12” fans off Amazon $350 I’m gonna have change out my existing radiator combo what would be a good price saver radiator to get I’m running 383 stroker about 450 hp also vintage air I wanna try and catch while I’m still in the tuning stage

I installed the 16842 on my cutlass with a griffin 3 core. Issue I have is the lower radiator neck isn’t straight but curved and the shroud won’t sit down flush

@@87SSBOI Well it’s in there snug but I’m trying to figure out the wiring to my sniper. I ran mine with relays and circuit breakers. I also have a switch that I can manually turn one fan on and off but like I said I’m trying to figure out how to wire then to my sniper. I need to hit you up and figure out how you did your fuel system for the efi. I tried to find a video you posted but I’m not sure if you posted anything on your fuel system.

@@lamarcusburston8052 easy to setup fans to the sniper...find the output wire for the fans and run the ground trigger to each one (fan 1 and fan 2)...I can't remember the colors of the wires but it's in the sniper manual...and for the fuel pump...just gotta ground it and run the power to IGN and thru a relay...I just did everything by the manual... definitely open for questions or whatever...hmu on IG @87_ss_boi

The same thing happened to me with the fuses bro. What size gauge wire did you run straight from the battery to your distribution block? 10 gauge or 8?

I can’t remember but it’s the same size that the fans come with…it’s all good now…I just removed the fuses cause most people I talked to said they don’t run a fuse and have been running these fans for years…I did find out if you want to run inline fuses u have to run 1 for each fan in order for them not to pop

@@87SSBOI ok I will try that. I am running a in-line fuse for each fan and they still pop. I had a scare earlier when I was driving and seen the temp rising up to 200 luckily I had a box of fuses in the console. Hope this fixes the issue. I’ll probably get that Msd relay you was talking about this winter. Appreciate it 💪🏾
