I always play on Expert+ Pro Drums, which means that it contains both feet (double bass) and cymbals. Sometimes, i play in Precision mode, which makes the hit window a lot smaller and thus a lot more precise playing is required - increasing the difficulty significantly!

I think it's pretty damn tough to play IA tightly, but I'd think there must be quite a few that can at least pull off the necessary speed - to me, the hardest barrier was the relentless heel toe, and gravity blasting, they just use all the techniques to push it as far out there as possible
