Derby Half Marathon 2023 (Derbion Ramathon)

In this episode of the Wu I'm running the Derby Half Marathon 2023 (Derbion Ramathon). My brothers Stephen and Humphrey also look to lace up for the streets of Derby. We are also joined by our friend Kevin who runs Derby for the first time. Derby is known for the fast and flat nature of the course however the sun and heat provided an extra challenge to face.

Well done William. Your videos are excellent and that’s a terrific PB. I got my sub 3 marathon in Edinburgh with a time of 2.54.24. I think you’re almost a cert to break 3 next time out. Salt stick chews sorted my cramp. Thanks for the videos. They really have helped.

Thanks. At the moment I have a 10km and a timed staged run in Sheffield. So just enjoying running without any plans for now. I'll look for some stuff for sure to be apart of my Amsterdam build up.

Was running with your bro for a while toward the end. It was really tough for the last 30/40 mins in the heat! Great effort all!
