Thank you so much Andy. I’m very happy with the arrangement. I’ve spent a lot of time working on new material in the last few months. It’s paying off now with nice sets being produced. Glad you enjoyed the set 😊🎵🎶

Thank you Archie. Again, it means a lot hearing that from you. I just want to go up and entertain as best as I can. When you have great backing, it makes it so much easier. I came into the industry in the wrong era sadly as I’ve been told if this was back in the 70’s / 80’s, I’d have been able to be a full time musician. I just love playing and more so when people enjoy hearing me play 😊🎶🎵

Talking about the 70's and80's there was one band I really liked and you and Frank has got the similar tempo and timing and that band was Bobby Macleod SDB

@@archiemunro3187 wow, that’s amazing that you say so. I love Frank’s playing. He has me out playing second accordion to him sometimes and it’s always a great honour to play along with him. All the guy’s in his band are such a laugh and nice people. I’ve learnt a lot from Frank as we are always discussing little things musically. He’s my sounding board for anything I play Archie. I think Frank enjoys playing along with me aswell as we play in the house too together. As he fixes boxes too, I am usually the the sounding board to test them out to see what I think. I get to play anything from Gola’s right through to straight tuned boxes. It’s good to build up knowledge on the instruments too.

It sounds really exciting stuff Derek I know you and Frank are great at 2/4 marches There is a 2/4 pipe march called Morag Ramsay if you or Frank could find the time to play that tune I would be over the moon It's a cracking 2/4 march
