I was hoping since Sean was coming on your platform he was going to open up but he didn't. Anyone who knows the name Sean Bankhead, already knows his choreography portfolio and the many celebrities he has worked with, his upbringing into the dance community and how his parents wanted him to stay in college. This is Nothing against Derek J, because you did an amazing job as an interviewer and Sean answered all the questions respectfully, and if I didn't know who he was I would have been satisfied yet I have followed his career for years and we know he is gay, and I can tell there was topics that were clearly off limits (behind the scenes) and I respect he lives a private life however it would've been nice for him to talk about how he navigated his life in the entertainment industry while being a black gay man. He didn't have to go into details about who he dated (even though there are visuals out) or his current relationship status, but this interview has already been done on other outlets with him. Maybe he just isn't comfortable in his sexuality yet.........however that TS Madison interview was one for the books, I don't think she has ever opened up to that degree before. That's why this one doesn't have the views because we the people who follow Sean Bankhead already knows he is going to talk about his career, which is a blessing and give us nothing about his personal life or sexuality, therefore making it a repeat episode and a waste for our eyes and ears. Who is Sean Bankhead, outside of dance? He wants to move into other business ventures, well one thing the rich and wealthy Oprah Winfrey said was you gotta be relatable and personable. That doesn't mean tell us all your business but it means show us who you are, outside of just your skill set. In these days, nobody is going to buy anything you selling if they can't relate to you or if you come off as a robot. Overall good interview, nothing new was reveal, everything said was already known. Blessings!

well, I respect your opinion and value your support of my career. I'm not closeted at all and have been very comfortable with my sexuality ever since I was young in the atl club scene. I so more working and grinding more thank opening up, but thats just bc I'm shy lol. I keep my relationships private though for several reasons. other than that I'm willing to be more open to those type of interviews bc its important to know those struggles of mine as well. thanks for the feed back, hopefully ill get that interview soon. I have one coming up on Thursday. be blessed.

As I said earlier I am a fan of yours and I think you are an amazing talented and gifted guy. I respect your privacy and your hustle. I totally understand being shy, I was just waiting on you to peel off another layer of who you are outside of your successful career.
