Derek Prince on False Prophecy in the modern day church. Many people claim to have words from the lord. Derek calls this "Charismatic fortune telling".
He says God speaks in two ways. 1. Is his word. 2. Is supernatural means. If you not reading your word and seeking God you should not be chasing prophetic words.
I 100% believe in prophetic words. But much of what is called prophecy these days is false prophecy. Guys we have to wise and discerning. Don't drink the cool aid.

The Bible is the ultimate authority for a true Christian. Any denominational doctrine or teaching from a famous pastor ect that doesn't line up with scripture isn't from the Lord.

Yes- he’s speaking the truth If it weren’t for me finding his videos 10+ years ago I could have been swept up in this horrible demonic way.. God also gave me discernment through the reading of his word which really came first, Pastor Derick Prince gave examples I could recognize easier…and brought confirmation of what I understood from reading of God’s word first. Thank goodness someone else out there is using this man as an example. Keep it up! 🙏 satin is so crafty that even the elect will be deceived.😢

You can't go wrong with Derek Prince. This is a later video, he must be referring to NAR movement, Bethel, IHOP, etc, which was early on, still aborning. We're seeing some of the later fallout 15 years later. History shows how easily occults rise when focusing on experiences without being grounded in the Word.

@@TornCurtainIJoshuaSimone Sure, Peter got carried away and overwhelmed with "experience" and "revelation" of Moses and Elijah that he was beside himself and talking nonsense about building 3 tabarnacles. Then God came in cloud and told him to listen to the Son,which is a reminder to keep in the Word. Of course the experience was edifying and not to be marginalized, but often can get out of balance.

I have the utmost respect for Derek Prince. However, he's not always right. I listened to one of his sermons, about the four horsemen in the book of revelation, and in the sermon, he stated that he believed with all his heart, that the first set of horses that contains the first white horse that has a bow, but no arrow and has a wreath around his head and not a crown is Jesus. He said it repeatedly that he believes that particular horseman it's not the antichrist, but Jesus. This is 100% incorrect and now I am very skeptical when he says something that is drastic.

His first wife died. His second wife was divorced. However she was abandoned by her husband. She wanted to fight for the marriage but was unable to because he wouldn't participate. He was an unbeliever. In this case I think you can leave some room for remarriage.

@PSALMS4517 the overseer of my church Ken Fish who is highly reputable is against the teaching. And I know many others who find it heretical. I follow that sentiment. However I don't have a problem with approaching God as a judge and asking if the enemy has any legal holds over a situation. I wouldn't follow his teachings any further then that. Blessings 🙌

Mr. Prince. Has errors in his teachings. I believe he is a false preacher, he once said that eternal salvation is a lie from the pit of hell yet this is exactly what Jesus taught Christ blood was shed for us because we are snners. He bore our sins and took our iniquities and put them upon himself. Should we choose to believe this? We will be with him for all eternity this is not what Derek Prince taught.
