Thanks for brilliant video Derek. I usually don't watch dead live streams, but yours was different. At last a video on Transfer learning that worked. Also you are so entertaining. Remaining me of Woody Allen. Not being boring is a rare talent especially while teaching computer stuff.

Thank you for the nice compliment :) I'm doing my best to make this complex topic understandable while doing my best to not bore people. I love this new format because I get to interact with people which I hope improves the learning process.

Thank you for the input :) I like to constantly try and improve the learning experience rather than to keep doing what I have always done. I know that some people don't like that and expect the same format every time they tune into a channel. My goal is to somehow find the best learning experience. I think it can be found with livestreams and I'll keep trying to improve.

Is there any significant difference between using ImageDataGenerator to tf.keras.layers.Rescaling(1/255.) and flow_from_directory to image_dataset_from_directory from the CNN video? Loving these streams!

hi Derek, great content! don't know whether you will be monitoring these comments, anyone else could also help. Before I ask my doubt, let me clear that I am pretty new to machine learning. I followed your tutorial and obtained good validation accuracy for one of my projects (CNN for image identification with 8 classes). Is there anyway to represent them as a confusion matrix? I tried but on my confusion matrix the accuracy in pretty low (less than 10%) while my validation accuracy is more than 80. I have individually predicted the class for each validation images and it was pretty accurate. the true values are sorted according to class 0 to 7, whereas the predictions are all over the place. Don't know where I am going wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Derek, once again, great videos, I am really enjoying every Data Science/ML video you made, together with the old stuff I've learned years ago (Java). Can you make a video on MLOps or "at least" on deployment of the working model. Regards

Thank you :) I plan on deploying models in robotics projects using TensorFlow Lite and I’m working on a chess engine among other ideas. It should be fun

When I try to print the loss and accuracy chart for the eff_model I get this error # Argument 1 to "ensure_index" has incompatible type "Collection[Any]"; ValueError: DataFrame constructor not properly called! Couldn't figure it out why.

Hey Derek, I'm having great difficulty deploying either of the transfer models of this tutorial as a flask service, and could not find any uptodate tutorial about tensorflow deployment. So that will be a great follow up if you can make such video.

So many sources, but this was a great book that I used in combination with the documentation to learn the most the quickest Hands-On Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn, Keras, and TensorFlow amzn.to/3tnf5QU

Derek, still how much tensorflow videos are yet to come? Will you teach everything to be data scientist job ready?
@derekbanas2 жыл бұрын
At the minimum I'll cover everything needed to pass the TensorFlow Developer Certificate exam. If people enjoy this series I'll expand into things like creating a chess engine, IOT with TensorFlow Lite and much more. It all depends on if the community enjoys these videos.
