You need to understand we are not battling the flesh and blood(person) but against the rulers, principalities and wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly realms. The person that hurt you is just a vessel used by this evil forces who wanted to hurt you. Most are not even aware that they are used to hurt you. Be upset at this forces that try to hurt you not the person. That is why Jesus said at the cross Father forgive them because they don’t know what they are doing. God granted me the gift of forgiving others in winter of 2020. I know he saved me from the horrible derision Satan had me in. I was only partially delivered a few times, Satan keeps finding his way back in every season its a war. A chess game. I was told it was checkmate against me but I don't know if that's more lies. I hope it's not too late. Forgiveness helped me immensely. I was on daniel fast 21 days prayed cried snotfaced to God on my knees accepted Jesus burnt cursed items no social media, emails, etc for 21 day fast, quit my job as Holy Spirit instructed. God helped me. He did. But the very next season the devil found his way back in & still sabotaging my career. I'm just now beginning to discover how he's doing it. Pray for me. He is so tricky.

Damn, even if you studied the enemy, you can identify them, the hardest part is not identifying yourself with them. It's almost impossible to see God through the smoke. I’m dealing with mental and physical torments from my brother and sister. They have shown me hate for no reason. I’ve seen the face of evil from both of them and I can’t un see it. Im struggling to close the door on my resentment and forgiving them, when they have shown me who they are, and that they have no intention of stopping. I wish they would repent their sins and ask God to release them from the evilness that’s taken them over, so I could forgive them and feel safe. 😔

I know as you do that regardless of our experience with those that have harmed us which the devil has used to get to us, God wants us to pray for them and to have forgiveness in our hearts. I resent never feeling loved by anyone from the time I was born until having my children, then I felt like a failure and not good enough for them and sent them to live with my sister (at 7 & 8) that seemed to be doing things so well with hers and life in general. Gone for 8 yrs then returned I have done everything I could to be there for them and do anything they needed, only to have them grow up and resent me for sending them away no matter how much I tried to ask their forgiveness and do everything for them the past 20 yrs. They still come to me for anything they need and know I will do it but will not be kind or loving to me. Now I'm back to feeling alone and unloved (excepted for by God), plus feeling guilt & that I deserve it. I know God has forgiven me, but they have not and I can't forgive myself for causing them pain and bitterness.

All of your answers are in the scripture, but believe what you read and grab hold of God‘s promises and believe them! You can be set free by the word of God from anything! I cannot stress this enough. I have been set free of hundreds of spirits already, with what I went through in my life. The word of God is sharper than a double edge, sword, dividing bone from marrow, soul from spirit. The word of God says this about the word of God! Few if any actually describe or define this ”voice”. It’s not a voice like when you’re talking to someone. It’s a deep thought or deep thoughts where your reasoning becomes a driving force that simply controls your actions. It can ”program” you as well, like conditioning you for what’s to come. When it finally comes, whatever it may be, your reaction will surprise even yourself. Maybe it was an outburst of anger because the ”programming” consisted of the voice telling and reminding you of a past experience when you felt mistreated, rejected or whatever. The list goes on and on.
