When one has the mindset that everything must be repaired by DPW. Even when they have reported the requiremnt and they are waiting. Then the state of public building will continue to deteriorate. Public servants should look after THEIR buildings and things and therefore should require minimum service from other state entities such ss DPW.

Department of public works failed us. Look at the neglected buildings in the cities. Good party leader was responsible failed as they failed in ensuring that we have quality border fence. Bheki Cele must answer also responsible. We have so many of our youth with no job.
