Scott Drier? I don't think so. Not if he isn't part of the Sonic X cast crew. Dan Green can do the voices of more than one character. He voiced Knuckles the Echidna, Mephiles the Dark and Storm the Albatross. He can at least play the voice of one more character that is Vector the Crocodile.

When Shadow was created Sonic wasn't even born. Shadow was created 50-52 years ago so there's NO way that Sonic's genes were used to create Shadow!
