I have liked the video But how do you develop the cone for areal component in order to cut your cylinder and the cone so that when you connect them the fit properly

Well, with the dimensions of the cylinder and cone known, you are going to develop a prototype (pattern) which will be used to produce the real object/component and probably other subsequent production of same type. However, there are programmable CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines that can get the job done clean.

@@derickfrederickTD I get the point of development But my concern is on how to develop the hole in the cone so that upon rolling the sheet metal the hole of the cylinder already inbuilt I have really learnt alot from ur video But now the challenge is getting the true shape of the hole in the cone for the cylinder The cylinder I can easily develop

Same way as you would develop a cone. Just be sure to trace the lines from the intersecting parts correctly.
