Fascinating video! The only thing troubling me is that it began with describing the influence of gravity on the molecules of a gas, and somehow ended up with a formula that doesn't include gravity. Will have to watch it a second time.

Ideal gas law is PV = nRT (n is number of mol) or PV = NkT (N is number of particles). Therefore N = Number of particles * (mass per particle)/(mass per particle) = Total mass of the gas / mass per particle.
