1). Exchange Trade Derivatives - 🔸terms and conditions are predetermined. 🔸It is followed by the guidelines of SEBI. 🔸Include assets are Stocks, Bonds, Commodities and Currencies. 2). Over The Counter Derivatives- 🔸OTC derivatives do not have standardized terms. 🔸It is a special financial deals made directly between two parties, without using a regular market place or middlemen. 🔸It does not have fixed rules instead two parties can decide the rules themselves.
