A dermaroller is a small device that has a roller with tiny needles on it. It's used for microneedling, which is a cosmetic procedure that involves puncturing the skin with small needles. The idea is that this stimulates collagen production and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. However, it's important to use it correctly and safely to avoid damaging your skin.
To use a dermaroller, you should start by cleaning your skin and the roller with alcohol. Then, gently roll the dermaroller over your skin, using light pressure. You should only roll over each area once, and avoid rolling too close to your eyes or mouth. After you're done, apply a soothing serum or moisturizer to help calm your skin. It's important to note that you should never share your dermaroller with anyone else, and you should replace it regularly to avoid any risk of infection.

How can i add tretinoin in this routine? In the morning i use snail muchin niacinamide and sunscreen and at night i use Tretnion and moisturizer and i apply glycolic acid once a week i want to add derma roller in my routine as i have scars on my face
