I tore my ACL about 30 years ago - I know what it's like to have a knee that you don't quite trust anymore. It's not just the physical rehab, you have to re-develop confidence that the knee will hold up and that takes time. I'm praying for D. Rose and I hope he is back for the beginning of the season.

i been through same surgery doctor keep telling you u can playbut mentally u know ur leg was undergone a surgery, u worry about re-injury in anyways...i just a weekend warriors compare that is his job and playing in the final with Miami Heat physical game with out any playing time on regular season. Knowing both Derrick and Reggie, I can assure you that they and Rose would not be dumb enough to risk a secondary injury and will/should sit out this season. He's a tough kid and has proved him self in the past. All this garbage about him being weak will be forgotten the day he steps on court. Reggie is a smart man and torn his ACL and MCL in college and rushed back which cost him. He is right when he says Rose shouldn't come back. I would gladly give up 1 ring this year 2 pursue multiple later
