I’m on a weight gain journey too! And it’s definitely challenging. But I read that drinking your calories along with snacking in between (3) meals is the key. It worked for me but you have to be consistent and that’s the hard part 😅 but you got this ! 👌🏽

Yes I love toasting my bagel too with butter but the key is to turn the heat down lower so it doesn’t burn…I tried to do it at medium or higher and it burns but when you get it right it’s delicious 😋

Get a toaster oven. I grew up with one and i can't do without it. The one i have now also is an air fryer+convection oven..it can do about 12 different things. There is a bagel setting. I like toast my bread on broil like ole skool style. Great investment.

It was so hard for me to gain weight too. I tried everything for twenty years but, I was super active, metabolism was fast. So I started doing something really simple and it worked. I included a pbj everyday. I ate breakfast, lunch snack and dinner. Now, I have the weight that I always wanted. I just work on maintaining it.

New subbie as of this week. Loving this channel, and looking forward to going back to watch all your vlogmas episodes. Just wanted to chime in on the bagel. I agree with broiling and heating on lower temps. Another option: Do you have an air fryer? It took me ages to start using mine, but once I did I started using it it so much that it’s pretty much replaced my toaster oven. Great for toasting and roasting too. Give it a try…
