Dear Gurudev, Sorry to hear that. At least now you know and can work to strengthen the area. In this class, at the beginning, the spreading of the legs will not be the best as gravity is working against you here. Due to the spread of the legs, the bladder ( and uterus) will drop. Better to hug a block between the legs and stand in uttanasana. You can tie a strap around the thighs while gripping the block and pulling the inner thigh up toward the pelvic floor. Lift the pelvic floor (the muscles there ) Be there awhile, Place your hands on the floor and walk the legs back to downward dog. Same thing with gripping the block. You can sit in Dandasana but don't bend forward. Other postures good for you are Utkatasana -chair pose (w/block), Garaudasana, Sirsasana, and Shoulder stand, setubands sarvangasanna, chatusoadasana. Thanks for your suggestion, will do a separate class for this. But in the meantime, follow these suggestions. Please tell me are you doing inversions? Your experience with backbends?
