I don't care if he had a moment with Audrey (though I do want her to find her happy ending and learn not to feel like she has to be defined by her title or whoever she is or isn't with - like Mal and Uma before her "she's an angry girl with a bad plan" along with great hair), Harry Hook's heart belongs to Uma. His method of flirting with her is different from how he flirts with everyone else, he follows her word to the T even when it gets in the way of his having fun, there's that still from a deleted scene of him kissing her hand, and whenever it looks like she might be in danger he reaches for her not to protect himself but to get her out of the way. And we've all seen the way he looks at her, either with complete lust or with complete adoration. I don't know what the scriptwriters were thinking - though like I said I do want Audrey to find happiness.

Cintia Santos I can see Harry being her strange, far too flirty friend. Like... someone who makes her feel good in times of doubt, but also someone who flirts too much for her to develop anything akin to romantic love with. I agree upon the thing about them not being a likely couple. They would have probably ended up with others, but could have also helped each other realise who the others were. I can’t see Audrey ending up with Chad (he’s too much of a doormat, and would probably have been deeply traumatised by the events in this film), but I can definitely see an older and less flirty Harry ending up with Uma. Perhaps Harry and Audrey could be the kind of friends who would have helped each other calm down during their time as young adults?
