apparently, in this version, when the villains were young, they attended an academy ran by Merlin, some heroes also attended, but the line was already drawn with who would grow up to be villains and who would grow up to be heroes Red (daughter of Wonderland's Queen of Hearts) and Chloe (daughter of Cinderella) time travel to the past and learn that Red's mom turned into the evil head chopping tyrant she is today, because of a past conflict with Ursula's younger sister (who is NOT Morgana) not sure if Ursula would appear, but her younger sister, Ullienna, who apparently shares her "octopus powers" appears
