I've never played DnD before, and had only heard about it. Since the start of the Icewind Dale campaign I've been getting into it, reading the lore and designing characters, and I've convinced my friends to start a campaign which has been so much fun. Great intro to the campaign, stepping it up at the production level is fantastic. You can definitely see the DM behind Merchants playing style. Awesome DM, Hugo and Francis dynamic is very enjoyable, well rounded characters. A very promising campaign! Congrats!

As much as I love Merchant's DMing style, this is a really refreshing campaign and I think I will absolutely love to have them alternate. RunawayRobot's dming is super on point and I can't wait to see how the campaign turns out! Super good call on all the cast as usual!

running this campaign for my friends and i still remember this being a very deadly encounter for 3 players. it almost started twice in the same session as 2 of the 3 players were down after the first round
