I was at the Shoe Tree l ast month. Could not take a picture as my phone had overheated (109 degrees) and gone into limp mode. The road was among the straightest that I had ever been on! Joshua Ree is always amazing. You should head to the Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain and Slab City next!
