Desert Mountain What Does it REALLY Offer?

Many reasons to love Desert Mountain (DM) but speaking as a contractor serving high-end customers, I prefer DM for the cooler temps (around 10°F less) compared to Phoenix area. That's because Phoenix elevation is around 1,000 ft. while DM is around 3,000 ft. (some sources claim anywhere from 2,400 to 4,500 ft.) If you have the money and Paradise Valley is too hot for you, Desert Mountain is your home. 🤝😎

I agree, Desert Mountain is a beautiful community and every time I'm there the views are stunning! You just have to be OK with it being a little farther out. But you are correct about the temps as well, can be worth it.
