Nice. I was trying to brute force them all with melee, but when I switched to range with diamond bolts and ignored the portals, the last fight became way easier. Thralls are also pretty good here

i ended up saving my dds spec for mage boss. adds didnt even reach me, so i didn't even have to switch to range gear.

If Atlatl is an option would you still think ignore portal is the play? Otherwise this is good. Last quest and I already thought I could do it. Just gotta decide what my setup should be now.
