Hi, Lovelies ! My name is Zubda Malik aka KitchenDiariesbyZubda ! I love to share all my favorite recipes and recreate restaurant style food at home. My passion is food styling and presentation. Desserts are my biggest weakness. If I am not cooking, you will see me doing fun tablescapes, cleaning or sharing hacks to inspire all.

PAYA CURRY
Ingredients;
Whole Spices:
CLOVES: 1/2 Tbsp
BLACK PEPPERCORNS: 1 Tbsp
CUMIN SEEDS: 2 Tbsp
BLACK CARDAMOM: 6
GREEN CARDAMOM: 7
CAROM SEEDS: 1/2 Tbsp
NIGELLA SEEDS: 1 Tbsp
CORIANDER SEEDS: 2 Tbsp
BEEF PAYA: 3
Vinegar: 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste: 4 tbsp
Onions: 2 medium
Yogurt: 1 cup
Bay leaves: 4
Cinnamon stick: 4 inches pc
Red chilli powder: 3 tbsp
Turmeric: tbsp
Ground mace: 1 tsp
Ground nutmeg: 1 tsp
Ground ginger: 1 tbsp
Citric acid: 1 tsp
Method;
HALWA POORI;
INGREDIENTS of CHOLEY;
Chickpeas:2 kg (boiled)
Water: 4 litres
Onion: 4 medium sliced
Ginger garlic paste: 5 tbsp
Tea bag: 3 optional
Salt: 3 tbsp
Chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Cumin powder: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Crushed chillies: 2 tbsp
Roasted & Crushed Cumin
& Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
Panch pooran masala: 3 tbsp
INGREDIENTS Of ALOO KI TARKARI;
Potatoes: 2 kg
Water: 4 litres
Onion: 3 medium sliced
Ginger garlic paste: 4 tbsp
Salt: 2 tbsp
Chilli powder: 3 tbsp
Cumin powder: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Crushed chillies: 1 tbsp
Panch pooran masala: 3 tbsp
Roasted Cumin & Coriander
seeds: I tbsp
INGREDIENTS Of SOOJI HALWA;
Semolina: 5 cup
Sugar : 5 cup
Ghee/ Butter: 5 cup
Water: 25 cups
KHAGEENA INGREDIENTS;
Onions: 5 medium
Tomatoes: 5 medium
Eggs: 12 large
Salt: I tbsp
Chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Green chillies:5
Coriander: handful
Oil: 1 cup
