To everybody who is commenting, this vendor is super poor, but he is trying to survive through honest work! hopefully, one of our rich Punjabi brother/sister help him out to set up a better cart/facility so he can continue living. You don't know what's his life story and the pain he had to endure. He probably have a family that he has to feed. There are other hygienic places where you can eat if you're worried about hygiene, just leave this guy alone! his customers are okay with all that!

What is they eat with the flat bread?i can see a green sauce...some white thing ..like a pudding..and something looks like pound groundnuts...and maybe they drink milk..but i am not sure....a very simple stall...but many people come to eat...i bet it must be very delicious....

Green sauce- saag,a whole leafy delicacy of northern Indian subcontinent Some white thing- butter Something like milk- lassi,a delicacy of same area made from milk or curd. Overall a very balanced diet for those who do hard manual work, provided you ignore the roadside placement of it all
